Graduate Training Program

We welcome recent college graduates to apply for the Graduate Training Program in our New York, Washington, Los Angeles, and London offices. This program empowers our new joiners and gives them a foundation to build their skill sets further and involve them more in our way of life!

Each Graduate Trainee will participate in a hands-on training program through one of several tracks from Public Relations/Account Management to Studio Project Management to Design. Trainings are run by internal and external trainers, exposing Graduate Trainees directly to our business leaders and shapers. Courses include topics such as business etiquette, writing skills, the healthcare industry, research, social media, and more.

Relevant work experience/internships and coursework—particularly sciences—is preferred. Throughout the program, the Graduate Trainee will be evaluated on their skills and interest in pursuing a career in healthcare public relations.

It is a testament to the success of this program that the majority of our graduates go on to become long standing and valued members of our teams.
